Set in a fictional 1889 Tokyo where magic exists, 'Astrae Oratio' casts the player as a chief officer at a special agency managing the magical world, handling administrative tasks while resolving incidents. The collection-style RPG leans into a retro '90s aesthetic, and a PV released in June showed a combat system that lets players counter in time with enemy attacks. NC has also confirmed appearances at the 108th Comic Market on August 15-16 and at Tokyo Game Show in September as it courts a global fanbase.
