Slapstick co-op party game Heave Ho 2 launches July 17

Heave Ho 2, sequel to the million-selling party game, launched July 17 on PC and Switch with the series' first online co-op and versus play.

Heave Ho 2, developed by Le Cartel Studio and published by Devolver Digital, launched on July 17 for PC, Nintendo Switch, and Switch 2. A proper sequel to a predecessor that sold more than a million copies, it doubles down on the slapstick cooperative play of grabbing, dangling from, and flinging your friends around. Two to four players can play cooperatively or against each other across eight themed worlds ranging from zero-gravity space to a wrecked kitchen.

The biggest change is the series' first support for online cooperative and versus play, letting players yank distant friends toward them or launch them into the air. The Switch 2 version offers GameShare, where one owner can play with up to three others, and a CameraPlay feature that maps your own face onto your character. Familiar guest characters from games such as Dave the Diver, Balatro, and Among Us also make appearances.
