Type-Moon remake Tsukihime -A piece of blue glass moon- gets Korean release August 13

Arc System Works Asia releases the Korean edition of Type-Moon visual novel Tsukihime -A piece of blue glass moon- on August 13 for PS4 and Nintendo Switch.

Arc System Works Asia will release the Korean edition of Tsukihime -A piece of blue glass moon-, a reworked version of one of Type-Moon's defining titles, on August 13 for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. Pre-orders for the Korean physical and limited editions are running alongside, with the limited edition produced to order.

The game is a remake of the original Tsukihime, released in 2000, presented as a transcendental visual novel with core original staff including Kinoko Nasu and Takashi Takeuchi directly involved. It features newly drawn illustrations, full voice acting, and a restructured scenario and presentation, and covers the Near Side of the Moon arc following the stories of Arcueid and Ciel.

The limited edition bundles the game with an art and setting book featuring Takashi Takeuchi's illustrations. For Korean console players, the release is notable as a chance to experience the title with official Korean localization.
