Player data for all 20 participating nations is included, and both Tokyo Dome and loanDepot Park in Miami, the actual final venue, are recreated, supporting a scenario mode covering 47 games including the final.

The game runs on the next-generation eBaseball engine, with rookie and foreign player signings, transfers, and trades reflected as of the start of the 2026 Nippon Professional Baseball season.
