Pro Yakyuu Spirits 2026 launches in Korea July 16 with full Korean localization, a series first

Konami's new baseball sim releases in Korea July 16. It is the first in the series with full Korean support and brings back a WBC mode.

Pro Yakyuu Spirits 2026, distributed in Korea by Uniana, releases on July 16. Pre-orders have been running through online retailers since June 30. The biggest change this time is full Korean localization, a first for the series. Detailed player information is translated, as are story-heavy modes such as Star Player, Pennant Race, and Miracle of the White Ball.

On the content side, the return of an international tournament mode stands out. The inclusion of a 2026 World Baseball Classic mode marks the first international tournament in the series since Pro Yakyuu Spirits 6, seventeen years ago. Player data for all 20 participating nations is included, and both Tokyo Dome and loanDepot Park in Miami, the actual final venue, are recreated, supporting a scenario mode covering 47 games including the final.

The game runs on the next-generation eBaseball engine, with rookie and foreign player signings, transfers, and trades reflected as of the start of the 2026 Nippon Professional Baseball season.
