Netmarble launches a new server called New World for its MMORPG Arthdal Chronicles on July 14. The farming-focused server drops all four paid summon banners.
Netmarble opens a new server, NEW WORLD, for its MMORPG Arthdal Chronicles: Three Powers on July 14. The company began taking pre-registrations through the official site on July 3, with an All Farming Set going out to everyone who signs up. The server's defining trait is the complete removal of all four paid summon banners. Progression has been rebuilt so that everything needed to grow a character can be obtained through play and farming alone.
In practice, summon tickets for spirits and mounts, up to legendary grade, drop from field activity, while weapon skins and dream stone tickets are guaranteed through normal content play. Ancient accessories are likewise designed to accumulate steadily as players continue. Netmarble held a special livestream on July 6 where the development team walked through the reworked systems and the New World server directly.
