It remains a hack-and-slash action RPG in which up to four players cooperate through procedurally generated dungeons within the Minecraft universe. It leads with wider exploration segments than the original plus new equipment and loot systems, releasing September 29, 2026 across PC and all consoles, and joining Game Pass on day one.
