It follows protagonist Aiden, who enters a labyrinth through the Genesis Configuration box to rescue Sunny, who is trapped inside. Doug Bradley, who played Pinhead in the original films, returns in a voice role. It releases October 8, 2026 on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series.
