Releasing Within 14 Days — 12 Games and Major Updates Landing Before Late July 2026

Every new release and major update arriving within two weeks of July 12, 2026, in date order. Splatoon Raiders, KYOTO XANADU and The Mound through to Night Crows' 5th class advancement and MapleStory's summer update.

The wishlist keeps growing, and then a release date slides past unnoticed. This is a date-ordered roundup of everything shipping within 14 days of today, July 12, 2026 — new games and major updates alike. It's deliberately limited to things you'd want to preorder or pre-register for right now, so it works well as a calendar-alert checklist. Every title links to its exact date, D-day count and platforms. For the wider schedule, see Upcoming Games.

Why these two weeks are so crowded

It's peak summer season, so console releases, Korean MMORPG updates and new server openings are all stacking on top of each other. Platforms are spread wide too — Switch 2, PS5, PC and mobile — so whatever you own, something here applies. The headline is Splatoon Raiders: the series' first single-player-focused spin-off, a Switch 2 exclusive with up to four-player co-op. It's out July 23, which makes now preorder time.

Console and PC packages

The PC and console lineup is unusually strong in this window. The Mound: Omen of Cthulhu, a 1-4 player co-op psychological horror set in Lovecraft's world, launches globally July 15 — the first pick if you want a horror game to play with friends. A day later on the 16th, Nihon Falcom's KYOTO XANADU -the Blooming Phantom- arrives simultaneously on Steam, PS5 and Switch 2 with Korean language support. The same day brings Moss: The Forgotten Relic, the VR classic rebuilt for flat screens, and Ratatan, the rhythm roguelite from the Patapon team. Baseball fans shouldn't overlook eBaseball: PRO SPIRIT 2026, the first entry in the series with Korean subtitles.

Late July brings a Korean package release. Dragonsword: Awakening — Hound13's anime-styled open-world action RPG, notable for pivoting to gacha-free buy-to-play — hits Steam globally on July 23, with flashy tag-based combat as its selling point. The full console and PC picture continues in the PC & Console Games category.

MMORPG updates and new servers

The next two weeks are just as heavy for people already playing something. Netmarble's Arthdal Chronicles opens NEW WORLD on July 14, a farming-first server with paid summon gacha removed entirely. On the 16th, Wemade's Night Crows runs its major second-half update adding the 5th class advancement tier. On the 23rd, Nexon's MapleStory applies its second summer patch, opening the third 6th-job skill core for every class. Collectible RPG players should also mark the 22nd for Tower of God: NEW WORLD's third anniversary update and the 24th for Honkai: Star Rail's second Fate collaboration. For server and update news on its own, the New Servers & Events page is the cleaner view.

The short checklist

On console and PC: Splatoon Raiders, The Mound, KYOTO XANADU, Dragonsword. On Korean MMORPGs: the Arthdal, Night Crows and MapleStory updates. Check each detail page for exact launch times and pre-registration links, then rank them against what your wallet can absorb. If you're stuck on which of the overlapping releases to buy first, our head-to-head comparison for the same week covers exactly that.
